SHOP POLICIES

Currently we offer shipping Canada-wide at checkout but if you are looking to ship something elsewhere, please email us directly at howdy@lawlessvintage.com to see if we can swing it.

We aim to ship packages within 3 business days of your order placement. You will receive a notification email letting you know when your order goes through and when it is out for shipping (with tracking number).

Orders that do not select the correct shipping method at checkout will be subject to delay. We can’t process orders until we have that sorted!

If you are in Edmonton, order pickup is available during shop hours at our brick & mortar location, Love Letter, located at 9908 109 street (upstairs)

Wed/Fri: 12-8pm
Sat: 12-6
Sun/Mon: by appointment

Delivery is available within Edmonton at a flat rate of $10 per order.

All garments are in excellent used/vintage condition. Each piece is sold as-is, with any notable wear or flaws clearly shown in the item description and photos. Because our items are at least 20 years old, gentle signs of age and character are to be expected - it’s part of the charm of buying true vintage. Please review measurements and details carefully before purchasing, as we do not accept returns and exchanges are limited. We are happy to send a try-on video or more information on our items if you’re unsure of anything!
